If you are not satisfied with the results within the first 30 days of wearing your new Vionic with FMT Technology products, you can return them for your money back! To redeem, please return to the place of purchase within 30 days with your merchandise and original receipt.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your Orthaheel purchase or it isn't what you are looking for, you can return or exchange the merchandise directly to us if:

  • You purchased the product through our website, and
  • It is within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • All packages should be sent via a trackable method such as NZ Post, Fastway etc. Global Footcare is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please Note The Following

  • Returned merchandise must be thoroughly cleaned so that all dirt and debris is removed.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges will be shipped via Ground delivery at no additional charge.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 business days to process your return or exchange.
