Extended Holiday Returns & Exchanges

You may return an item within 60 days of purchase. As long as the item is in original condition with the original packaging. Our customer service team will assess each order that is returned back to us.


Extended returns are only available for orders placed between November 13th and December 13th inclusive. Orders placed out of these dates are subject to our 30 day returns policy.


Please note all returns will be sent back to Global Footcare at the customer's cost. For more information please check the "Returns/Exchanges" tab.

How long will my order take to be shipped?

At Global Footcare, we aim to get your order out as soon as possible. Any order made before 2pm will be processed the same business day. Whereas any order that is made after 2pm, will be processed the following business day. 

Business days are referred to as Monday - Friday, with the exception of any New Zealand public holiday that falls on those days. 

You will be emailed a tracking number and the assigned courier once your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Note: Any order with an aerosol item may take an extra 1-2 days to be delivered. Aerosols cannot be shipped by air and have to be delivered by road. 


When can I expect my delivery?

Your order may be shipped from either our New Zealand or Australian warehouse, based on stock availability. 

From New Zealand

Metro: Up to 2 Business days

Rural: Up to 5 Business days


From Australia

 3 - 7 Business Days. (time may vary depending on clearance through customs)

Can I return an item?

You may return an item within 30 days of purchase. As long as the item is in original condition with the original packaging. Our customer service team will assess each order that is returned back to us.


How do I return or exchange an item?

 Please follow the below steps 

1. Contact our customer service team on 0800 827 954 OR email us at info@globalfootcare.co.nz. Make sure you supply us with your order number, and whether you would like to return or exchange your purchase. 

2. Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging.  

3. Place the shoe box(es) in a shipping carton or satchel. Make sure the package is addressed to; Global Footcare, Unit 5/9A Jupiter Grove, Trentham, Upper Hutt 5018, New Zealand.

4. Drop off your package at any authorised New Zealand Post location, or give it directly to your mail carrier. Please allow up to 5 days for the credit to show after we have received your package. 


**All packages should be sent via a trackable method. Global Footcare is not responsible for packages lost in transit.**

We are confident you'll love your products so much, that we have given you 30 days to try out your new items! If you don't find your purchases suitable, you may return the product within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.

How much does returning an item cost?

Returns are paid for by the customer. If you are looking to return an item, you will need to contact the customer service team for more information. These costs cannot be reimbursed. Be sure to package the goods securely, and we recommend using a registered courier company. For more information, check the Returns/Exchanges tab. 


Note: Threds items cannot be returned, unless gifted to you, due to the consumable nature of the product. If this is the case, please contact us and we help you out.
